Information you choose to share

Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and a description of your project. You may also provide your company and select a service of interest. Please do not include passwords, financial account information, health information, or other sensitive personal data.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to understand your request, respond to you, and discuss potential work. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Services that help operate this website

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to provide and secure the service. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate inquiries from automated abuse. Its operation is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When the contact form is active, inquiries are transmitted through Resend to our designated business inbox. Resend processes the message and delivery information to provide email delivery. See Resend’s privacy policy.

Storage and retention

This website does not store inquiries in a separate website database. Submitted messages may be retained in our business email system and in our email provider’s delivery records. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, manage business relationships, and meet applicable obligations.

Cookies and browser storage

The website does not include advertising trackers or optional analytics. Cloudflare security services may use cookies or similar browser storage to protect the site and verify legitimate visitors, depending on which protections are active. See Cloudflare’s cookie documentation. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website.

When you select “Got it” on our cookie notice, we save the acknowledgment time in your browser’s local storage under riemann-privacy-notice-v1. This is not a tracking cookie and is not sent to our server. We use it to keep the notice dismissed for 180 days; after that, the notice appears again. You can reopen it at any time using “Cookie notice” in the footer, or clear your browser’s site data to remove the saved acknowledgment. If browser storage is blocked, the notice can still be dismissed for the current page.

Your choices

You can choose not to submit the form. To ask about information you have shared, request a correction, or discuss deletion, reply to our correspondence or contact us through the website. Applicable rights and legal obligations may affect how we respond.
